Why Getting DMW Accreditation as a Foreign Employer Matters
Accreditation is a process you must undergo with the guidance of a licensed recruitment agency like Venture Management Systems International Corporation. This process ascertains the existence of your company and protects Filipino workers from possible fraud or illegal activities. Once accredited, you will receive a certificate, which authorizes Venture Management to commence recruitment for you.
What Accreditation Is
Accreditation pertains to the authorization bestowed by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) to a foreign employer. This grants you the privilege to hire and recruit Filipino professionals. This process must be carried out with a licensed recruitment agency, which will act as the facilitator of overseas employment opportunities for Filipino workers.
The Accreditation Process
STEP 1
Document Preparation
The deployment of Filipino professionals is highly regulated by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). As a foreign employer, you must get a certificate from the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) or the Philippine embassy or consulate (in the absence of MWO) in your country before proceeding with your recruitment. Our experts will send you a DMW-approved form for your review and completion. You are free to request our assistance.
STEP 2
Document Verification
Submit the notarized documents to the MWO or Philippine embassy or consulate for evaluation. Once all your documents are verified, the MWO will return them to you to be sent back to Venture Management for review. After you receive your verified documents from the MWO, we will request that you return the original files to us so we can submit them to the DMW. Our experts will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your files, but please be notified that accreditation can take some time
STEP 3
DMW Accreditation
During the accreditation process, the DMW will ascertain the legitimacy of your organization, manpower requirements, and project. Once they approve your documents, they will issue a certificate to Venture Management, authorizing us to advertise and deploy Filipino professionals on behalf of your organization. We will inform you once we receive the approval for your manpower request.
STEP 4
Commence Recruitment
Once we receive the encoded job order from the DMW, your accreditation will be deemed approved and complete. This means we can now proceed with scheduling screenings and interviews with qualified candidates. Additionally, we can now start processing the required documents to deploy Filipino workers to your job site.
