Recruitment Process

STEP 1

Submit CV

The recruitment process at Venture Management begins when you submit your curriculum vitae (CV) on our website. If you don’t have a prepared CV, you may also fill out our application form on the Apply Now page. Keep in mind that by sending your CV, it is automatically considered that you acknowledge our privacy policy.

STEP 2

Initial Screening

After submitting your CV, our recruitment team will screen and review your document to see if you have the skills, background, and experience employers are looking for. Once we see that you are a right fit, we will call you to validate your information and gather more data to support your application.

STEP 3

Interview

Candidates with a qualified profile will be invited to a face-to-face or virtual interview. In this stage of your application, we will simply ask for more information about you so we can get to know you better and properly endorse you to the employer.

STEP 4

Endorsement to Employer

Once we deem you suitable for the job, you will automatically be shortlisted. Our recruiters will inform you that we will send your profile to the foreign employer for screening. Remember to keep your lines open, as you might be scheduled for an interview with the employer

STEP 5

Employer’s Interview

If your profile is selected by the employer, you will receive an invite for a final interview. It will be between you and the employer and could be done face-to-face or through a video call. Please communicate your availability to our recruiters so we can set a schedule that works for you.

STEP 6

Job Offer

If everything works out and the employer selects you as their candidate, you will receive a call from our recruitment team to discuss the job offer made by your employer. You are free to review the offer and make an appeal if you feel like you can get better benefits.

STEP 7

Training and Assessment

Depending on the employer, you might receive a request to undergo training and/or assessment. This will help you enhance or develop the skills necessary for your role. Additionally, it will help the employer identify where you currently are in terms of capabilities so they can provide you with the right support.

STEP 8

Skill Testing/Trade Test

Venture Management helps ensure that your candidates possess the essential competencies necessary to excel in their positions by providing specialized assessments based on your requirements. This service gives you a more objective and quantitative evaluation of your candidate’s abilities and knowledge.

STEP 9

Documentation to Dispatch

At the final step of your recruitment, you will be referred to our documentation team to discuss the process of completing your government-mandated papers as an OFW.
