RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1.       JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENT

Our recruitment team will request for Job Description and Qualification Requirements such as, but not limited to, the following:
i.      Quantity
ii.      Age Requirement
iii.      Gender
iv.      Work Experience
v.      System Knowledge
vi.      Skill Certification

2.       SHORTLISTING

Based on the Job Description/ Requirement, our recruitment team will be shortlisting qualified candidates for the sourcing made nationwide - from job portals and job fairs.
 
3.       CV SENDING

CVs of shortlisted candidates will be sent to you for your screening.

 Please note that your company must complete the Registration Process with Venture Management at the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration before our Recruitment Team can further proceed with your manpower requirement.

 4.       FINAL INTERVIEW

Our recruitment team will assist you in coordinating and preparing for interviews with your preferred candidates either through face-to-face or online.
 
5.       JOB OFFER

Once you have names of selected candidates, we will request for your job offer and the recruitment team will assist you discussing all terms and conditions agreed between the employer and candidate.
 
If successful candidates refuse to sign, we will send information to you and recommend other options we can negotiate with the candidates.

 
6.       TRAINING & ASSESSMENT

Optional, depending on your requirement. We can customize a training program per your exact requirement and assist you conduct skill assessment for the selected candidates.
 
7.       DOCUMENTATION to DISPATCH

From here on, our Documentation Team will be coordinating with you to give updates on the status of the documents and the readiness of the worker for dispatch.
